On today’s show, we talk with Sackville developer John Lafford about his plans for a new 7-storey building on the corner of York Street and Ford Lane. At their next meeting in two weeks, council will consider a request to change the allowable height rules in the downtown mixed use zone, to allow for buidlings up to 75 feet high. Lafford and his partner Mike Wilson have requested the change which will make way for their Ford Lane development.
