Brain disease investigation still waiting on public health reporting

On today’s show: The provincial department of health says it is waiting on reports to be completed by a Moncton neurologist before it can proceed with an analysis or investigation into undiagnosed neurological conditions affecting hundreds of people in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and other provinces. We talk with MLA Megan Mitton about the ongoing situation, and what she heard from patients at a January meeting on the issue.

Plus, Cackling Goose Bakery and Cafe has been sold and will be relocating, and a new owner for 38 York Street has plans for a business, according to an announcement on social media.

And Strait Shores municipal council met Monday night for a marathon session where they considered 12 motions from newly elected councillor Andy MacGregor, mostly focussed on municipal policies around openness and accountability.
