It’s one of those rainy, gloomy days today! Let’s hope Hurricane Debby goes easy on us this weekend. Stay safe and cozy, and maybe enjoy a good book or a warm drink while you wait out the storm. Instead, have a look at what CHMA has in store for you!

We are extremely elated to share that CHMA is the Business of the Week, from August 11-17! Stop by at the Visitors Information Centre at 34 Mallard Drive in Sackville, NB, to have a look at our set-up and what we do here at CHMA!

CHMA Summer Drop-In Series: Open House (Aug 10)

Come by the CHMA station on the 3rd floor of the Wallace McCain student center tomorrow, August 10 from 1-3pm and ask any questions you might have about getting your own radio show, starting your own podcast, or how to get started with audio production. This is also an excellent opportunity to get a tour and see how you can share your interests with the community, all the while, learning valuable transferable skills, volunteer experience with a non-profit organization, all in a fun, creative environment. 

Open to absolutely everyone, free of charge!

Time: Thursdays at 10pm

Show Host: Sailee Shringarpure

Show description: Pack your bags! With Safarnama standing for ‘travelogue’, join Sailee on a cruise to explore the different flavours of Indian music. Tune in to listen to slow tracks, famous Bollywood dance numbers, as well as some some soothing classical Indian tunes!
