Council says no to new loitering bylaw, but decides to keep existing bylaws in place

On today’s show, we listen in to Tuesday’s Tantramar council meeting as council votes down a new Tantramar-wide bylaw banning begging and loitering, but then votes unanimously to keep similar existing bylaws in Sackville and Dorchester.
