You are invited to join your Tantramar Climate Change Advisory Committee in a Community Climate Action Workshop. Come share your ideas and ignite action to tackle the climate crisis!
Climate change is a crisis that impacts all citizens of Tantramar and is interconnected with many issues in our community. Participants will join breakout groups to identify, discuss and prioritize tangible next steps to connect individuals and mobilize action for tackling key climate topics.
Key topics will include: Effective Communications & Community Engagement, Renewable Energy & Reducing Energy Use, Sustainable Transportation, Ensuring Community Health & Food Security, Taking Nature-based Approaches, Preparedness & Response to Climate-Related Emergencies.
