Foundation aims to raise $150k for primary care clinic; and Blooms prepares for a big move

On today’s show: Reporter Clinton Davis checks in with the new owner of Blooms Flower Shop, Alana Kelly, as the business prepares to move out of its longtime York Street location, to a temporary spot at 131 Main Street.

And Erica Butler stops in at the launch of the Sackville Memorial Hospital Foundation’s latest fundraising campaign, “Collaborative Care is Coming”, which aims to raise $150,000 to purchase equipment for the Tantramar Primary Care Health Centre next to the hospital.

  • Seniors for Climate Action Now Tantramar was in council chambers this week for an Earth Day proclamation. The group is hosting a screening of “Later is Too Late” this Monday at the Sackville Visitor Information Centre.
  • Mount Allison is implementing paid parking on its campus starting in January 2026.
