On today’s show, the Garnet and Gold society is gearing up to launch their production of Footloose which opens next week, and reporter Sally Cole stopped by rehearsal to hear from director Karen Valanne and some of the cast.

Garnet and Gold is an entirely student run organization, including everything from choreography to lighting to costumes. “It’s so much work to put a huge show like this on,” says Valanne, “and it’s just so exciting when we finally get to share it with the audience.”
