Jeremy Larter of Who’s yer Father?


CHMA’s Anver Mahmud talked with Jeremy Larter, Director, Writer and Co-Producer of “Who’s Yer Father?” a new feature-length independent comedy film produced in PEI. The film “follows a small-town private investigator as he investigates the sale of black market lobster in Prince Edward Island along with a scrappy convenience store owner”.

Jeremy talks about his experiences of maritime filmmaking, the exciting growing feature film scene and exciting new developments in NB and PEI, and new adventures after “Who’s yer Father?”

The film screen with great success in Cineplex theatres throughout the maritimes, leading CBC to write that it’s “become the biggest Canadian release on P.E.I. since 2003, when cinemas started counting those numbers.” The film is currently available to streaming on Paramount+ Canada.
