The New Brunswick Election is six days away.
Today is the last advance poll before Election Day on September 14th.
Eligible voters can cast their ballot between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. at the Middle Sackville Baptist Church on Church Street.
For those looking to find out more about the candidates running in Memramcook-Tantramar, the Mount Allison Student’s Union is hosting a candidates debate for the riding this Wednesday at 7pm online and on CHMA.
Political science professor Dr. Mario Levesque will moderate the discussion on topics including health care, the environment, education, and the economy.
Only three of the five candidates will be attending the debate. Liberal candidate Maxime Bourgeois, Green candidate Megan Mitton, and PC candidate Carole Duguay will all attend.
People’s Alliance candidate Heather Collins declined to participate, and the Students’ Union decided not to invite independent candidate Jefferson George Wright.
You can tune in to hear the debate on CHMA starting at 7pm Wednesday, or stream it on Facebook live.
