Only three out of six federal candidates ended up staying to address questions from an audience of about 150 people on Tuesday night, at an all-candidates forum organized for the riding of Beauséjour.
Conservative and Green candidates declined the opportunity in advance, while Libertarian Donna Allen left the forum during the first question round, after being interrupted with a fact checking comment by the moderator.

In the end, Liberal candidate Dominic LeBlanc, NDP candidate Alex Gagne, and People’s Party candidate Eddie Cornell spent the evening answering 14 different questions from residents on everything from immigration to infrastructure to climate change.
