On today’s show, Tantramar’s Climate Change Advisory Committee reported to council this week about their activities for 2024, including a number of public engagement sessions throughout the year and a three year priorities plan offered up in March. We listen in as committee chair Doug Bliss makes his annual report, and asks council for direction in 2025.

Plus, we hear from Memramcook mayor Maxime Bourgeois about preliminary plans for two community infrastructure projects in Memramcook, a community centre attached to the Abbey Landry school, and a recreation centre on the grounds of the community-owned Memramcook Valley Golf Club. The village is hosting a public meeting next week for residents to hear about the projects and offer feedback.
