Mary Scobie’s paintings revisit a beloved Sackville landmark: Mel’s Tea Room

On today’s show:  CHMA Reporter Lara MacMillan stops in at the Fog Forest Gallery to see a new exhibit featuring paintings by artist Mary Scobie, featuring downtown Sackville’s bygone landmark, Mel’s Tea Room.

LJI reporter Erica Butler heads over to Amherst for the inaugural lunch offered by the Soul’s Harbour Rescue Mission which has opened a satellite operation in the Amherst Wesleyan Church.

And the Sackville Farmers Market is gearing up for the summer season. Reporter Lara MacMillan attended the market’s annual meeting and brings an update.
