We head over to a refurbished ballfield behind Salem Elementary School to celebrate the inaugural game on the “Field of Dreams” diamond, funded in part by the Jays Care Foundation. We talk with local baseball rising star Kipling Cober, Sackville Minor Baseball’s Mike Reid, Jays Care director Robert Witchel, Salem principal Ada Phinney, and some of the U10 Sackville Hurricanes, who were excited to break in the new field.
