On today’s show: Tantramar council is considering changes to its code of conduct bylaw that include a new penalty for councillors found to be in violation by their peers: outright suspension from their duties and authority. We listen in to some of what councillors had to say about the bylaw on February 24, and hear from politics professor Geoff Martin about why codes of conduct are necessary, but also come with risks.
