On today’s show: At their meeting Tuesday night, Tantramar council overwhelmingly rejected a proposal for a fenced-in dog park behind the Tantramar Veterans Memorial Civic Centre. And councillors also discussed the first reading of proposed revisions to their code of conduct bylaw, which will see councillor suspension added as a possible sanction. The first reading passed in a 5 to 4 vote, and will now come back to a future meeting for second and third readings.

Plus, Tantramar MLA Megan Mitton is hosting two town hall sessions this week, at the Cape Tormentine Legion on Wednesday March 12 from 6:30- to 8pm, and at the Dorchester Veteran’s Community Hall on Thursday March 13 from 7pm to 8:30pm.
