Sandpipers are back in tens of thousands, and so is Dorchester’s Sandpiper Festival

On today’s show, we take a trip to Johnson’s Mills Shorebird Interpretive Centre to celebrate the return of the sandpipers for another season, just in time for the return of Dorchester’s Sandpiper Festival next week. We also hear about the sentencing hearing for one of the killers of Jamie Leard, and the first opportunity for Leard’s mother Doris to make a victim impact statement in court.
