This week on Attic Transmissions we bring a nice playlist full withdifferent artist that will partitcipate in the 2024 edition of the Lawnya Vawnya festival as well as Halifax shoegaze band “Kestrels”. Lawnya Vawnya is coming up from June 5 to 8 in St, John’s, NL. Lawnya Vawnya sounds very exciting and CHMA is looking forward for the festival. Lawnya Vawnya is a non-profit arts organization mandated to present year-round multidisciplinary and collaborative artistic experiences focused on new independent music; to produce a multi-day festival of music and art each spring in downtown St. John’s, Ktaqmkuk (Newfoundland); to showcase a vibrant music and arts community; and to help further position Newfoundland and Labrador on a national and international cultural map.
