On today’s show, we talk with EOS Eco-Energy’s Janie Brooks about a workshop she has planned for this Saturday featuring TruSun Solar’s Alex Lissandro, to inform home and business owners about their options for EOS’s solar bulk purchase program. Brooks talks about the falling cost of solar, some of the loan programs available to help people with upfront costs, and why she thinks people should come learn on Saturday, even if they are not certain about installing solar.

Plus in news briefs, a $15,000 recruitment process for Tantramar’s Director of Protective Services was unsuccessful this spring, and the 10th anniversary season of the Motyer-Fancy Theatre kicks off tonight with Never Swim Alone, by Daniel MacIvor.
