In this first instalment of The Check-In, Erica Butler speaks with Alan Barbour of the Black Duck Cafe, and finds out that the beloved Bridge Street fixture will not be reopening as COVID-19 restrictions are lifted. Instead, Barbour and his partner Sarah Evans are focussing on a new project: Fridgee, an online grocery store.
