While some programming has closed down, PEDVAC’s food bank demand has doubled, says Sue Haney. And the centre continues to do personal advocacy work, run the Wool to Wishes program, and has planted a community garden. At the same time, their fundraising efforts have taken a hit, and Haney says there could be hard times ahead for the centre.
