The Maritime provinces reported nine new cases of COVID-19 over the weekend, bringing active cases in the region to 23.
New Brunswick reported four new cases on Saturday and two new cases on Sunday.
Two of the new cases are in children in the Fredericton region, and connected to earlier cases.
Two adults in the Moncton region were diagnosed and reported on Saturday, followed by two children on Sunday, one under 19 and one under 10.
All four cases are connected.
All are related to international travel and are self-isolating, according to a government news release.
New Brunswick now has 15 active cases of COVID-19.
Over in Nova Scotia, the province has three active cases, all reported this past weekend, and all in the Northern zone which includes Colchester and Cumberland counties.
The province says all three cases are travel related and are still under investigation.
PEI announced no new cases over the weekend.
The island province currently has 5 active cases of COVID-19.
